Living in Anzio Gardens since 2004, Jon has been actively engaged in the Village and all it’s facilities for 13 years.

Having spent a number is years working for large corporate organisations, Jon now runs his own HR consultancy in London.

Paul Pozzoni
Stirling Drive

Paul has lived in The Village since 2008, initially in Alexander Crescent and now in Stirling Drive. Having had a long career in commercial property, Paul is now retired and has a number of other interests that keep him busy.

Jane Stevens

Anzio Gardens

Jane has lived in Anzio Gardens since 2009.

Jane has spent her career working in the pensions industry. Having worked for large corporate organisations for a number of years she now works for an organisation that deals with issues about workplace and personal pensions.

Andy Buchan

Adair Gardens

Andy has lived in Caterham for over 30 years and here in The Village for ten years. He has worked with his neighbours to establish Neighbourhood Watch for Adair Gardens and is now the Chairman of Neighbourhood Watch for Tandridge District. He is also a member of Tandridge Access Group which aims to make life easier for people with disabilities.

Simon Nunn
Commercial Property Representative

Based in one of the small commercial buildings overlooking the Green, Simon is a Chartered Accountant with his own business.

Peter Peck
Stirling Drive

With a background in marketing Peter advises and supports the VA with the website and general communications.
