Fancy operating a new Warden Service at Caterham Village?

Caterham Village Association is about to retender for its Warden Service and if you’re interested then now is the time to apply.

The service is operated by 2 wardens who between them cover 63 hours a week. They are self employed and operate as a 3rd party contractor so that they are responsible for all their employment arrangements. The hours of operation are 3pm to 12 midnight 7 days a week and their prime responsibility is to ensure that the Village code is adhered to by all residents via regular patrols around the village as well as advising residents, the Village Association and local Police on any security matters.

The position could suit anyone but particularly recently retired or soon to retire people who have some experience in the police force or security services.
