AGM resolution results

The VA was delighted to see over 60 residents attend the AGM held 26/10/16.

The results of the Ordinary Resolutions were as follows :

Ordinary Resolution 1 - To confirm the re-appointment of Malcolm Sanders as a director

This was confirmed.

Ordinary Resolution 2 - To confirm the appointment of Roland (Andy) Buchan as a director

This was confirmed

Ordinary Resolution 3 “Key Vote” - To select the contractor for the future landscaping service contract for the estate from the final shortlist of Acacia (the existing contractor) and Proground.

Through votes cast at the meeting and proxy votes, the result of this resolution was overwhelmingly to continue to work with Acacia as the landscaping service contractor for The Village. The VA are going to work to finalise a new 3 year contract with Acacia to start on 1/1/17
