Inconsiderate Parking

Residents have expressed frustrations and concern at the way vehicles are parked and the implications this has on fellow road users and pedestrians alike.

We are therefore undertaking a review of the parking arrangements on site which will take time and include considering more yellow lines, signage and the possibility to create more parking spaces.

These are all medium to long term solutions and so as a start we will be rolling out the use of parking notices where it is thought the vehicle has been parked inconsiderately or dangerously in an attempt to change parking behaviours. The notices will be issued by the new wardens from April.

If any resident or business owner has additional thoughts or ideas on how we can improve the parking on site then please do contact the VA office at office@thevillageassociation.org to share these.
