Following an extensive retendering process and mindful of residents’ feedback from the 2016 Warden Survey the new contract to provide a warden service at the Village has been awarded to John West Consulting Ltd. who we felt offered the most comprehensive service package and at a reasonable price.

John West is a Village resident and he worked with the Met Police as an inspector for 30 years, more recently he has helped the Met develop technology to assist crime prevention and detection.

We are also pleased to announce that Jamie Hanmore, current assistant warden, will transfer over to join John West and become Deputy Warden. We are confident that together they will provide a visible and effective service for the benefit of all residents. The new contract will be effective from the 1st April 2017 onwards.
