The new Warden service has now delivered these introduction postcards to all letterboxes in the Village.

- The Warden office is opposite the Officers Mess. They will be on patrol more often than being in the office so phone or email.

- They will review/answer email within 24 hours so do not rely on that for more pressing or urgent matters.

- If the emergency services are required then phone them. Do not wait for the Wardens to respond.

- Phone the Wardens on 01883 770 611. If they cannot answer immediately during duty hours then they will respond asap.

Outside duty hours a message service will apply.

If you think the Wardens should know about something then they probably should.

Your piece of information may be the key in solving an issue.

The Wardens would rather be told the same thing a dozen times than not at all. Please do not assume the Wardens know what is happening.

As Village residents you are paying for the Warden service - so please use them.
