The Village Association announce that from this summer, the first residents' appointed chairman, Paul Pozzoni has stood down from his role as chairman.

Paul has served residents as leader of a working group to transfer the management of the estate from the developer since 2012 and was unamimously elected as the first resident chairman in 2015. For the past 2 years he has become the face of the VA at public meetings and in many ‘behind the scenes’ negotiations with 3rd parties. The Mems and Arts of the VA requires that the Directors have fixed terms of office and Paul’s re-election to remain as a Director is due shortly.

Paul said, “Its been an honour to have been the first resident chairman of the VA - we have a strong team in place representing members, and I felt it was the right moment to allow another director to bring their own ideas and energy to the role. I hope to continue to be actively involved with the VA and the numerous projects which are on-going, as part of the team."

The directors of the VA have unanimously voted that Jon Forde will succeed Paul in the role of chairman.

Jon, a resident of the Village since 2003, has also been actively involved with the VA and as a director for almost 2 years. Along with many other projects, Jon has been driving the strategy dealing with the parking challenges and issues within the Village.
