The Village Association will hold its AGM on Monday 6th November 2017 at The Fleeting Brook public house, at 7pm.
Along with a Q&A session, the topics covered will include the service charge accounts for year ending 31 December 2016 and the proposed service charge budget for 2018 along with a review of the VA activity for the past year and the plans for the year ahead, including updates on parking, speed around the development, and the playground. VA Members (property owners) will also have the chance to vote on Resolutions regarding Director [re]-appointments.
The votes for the Resolutions during the meeting are only available to VA Members (property owners), however the AGM is a transparent and open meeting for all residents and users of The Village to attend and ask questions.
VA Members will shortly be contacted by Hazelvine with the formal notification of the AGM which will includes the full agenda and proxy voting details.
