Following the departure of Dave Wheeler, Hazelvine have appointed Ian Franklin as Customer Service Property Manager. Ian will be working closely with the VA to continue to manage the Village property and finances and he becomes our principle point of contact with Hazelvine.

Ian’s background is in Customer Service and Logistics having spent 30 years working for BA management at Heathrow T3.

The VA welcome Ian to the team and look forward to a close working relationship.
