Communal Bin Stores

There have been a number of instances where the VA has had to arrange for bin stores to be cleared and cleaned – the cost of which is borne by residents. As summer approaches this is a reminder of the importance of keeping communal bin stores clean and tidy. Warmer weather can turn bin stores into a breeding ground for unpleasant vermin and smells!

Please remember:

·      To bag all rubbish and place it in the bins provided.

·      Do not leave rubbish on the floor.

·      Close the bin store doors when you leave.
