The following headline topics were discussed. Maintenance and service provider projects. - Forward planning budget discussions for the long term maintenance of The Village. - On-going risk assessments for the service providers (Wardens and gardeners) who are currently working under the lockdown conditions

Parking - Several localised parking issues were highlighted. The view is that this is amplified by the majority of households being at home during this time - but that considerate parking is still needed. Bins - The upgrade to the public bins, especially around the Cricket Green, is still being prepared and will move forward when lockdown conditions are eased. Dogs - Following several complaints on social media, the VA reminds dog walkers of The Village Code. Dogs should be kept on leads at all times within the Village and failure of an owner to remove dog mess is illegal. —- The VA aims to operate as transparently as possible and welcomes any residents comments by email to office@thevillageassociation.org
