RUBBISH CLEARANCE

In our last newsletter we highlighted that there had been a significant increase in fly-tipping in The Village. While we are pleased to see that many residents have removed rubbish from front gardens and by garages, there remained a large amount of dumped rubbish in common areas.

In March this year the VA, with Acacia’s help, removed the majority of the fly-tipped items from common areas. Having to do this incurs fees and costs which impacts us all and we ask residents to please use the council services to have larger items of domestic waste removed and also immediately report any fly-tipping incidents to the VA or the Warden.
