We have once again engaged W.J. Kents from Coulsdon to undertake the latest Arboricultural and Tree Management Report (Tree Survey) across all trees in public areas across The Village, which numbers 362 trees in total.

The report has since been shared with CBCT so they can take appropriate action, as per the report’s findings for the trees which they are responsible for.

The report highlighted the work that is recommended, categorising it into three categories: Urgent, Amber (within 3 months) and Green (within 6 months). There are two

trees needing to be felled, one at the entrance to Alexandra Crescent and the other on Stirling Drive, with the work scheduled for the 13 October.

We are currently obtaining quotes for the 139 trees that require non-urgent work, with the

aim being to get the work underway before the end of the year.
