Work has been underway for several weeks now repairing some damaged pathways, paved areas and drainage gullies around the Village. The work is being done by Mr Ade Tullet ably assisted by his dog Ella, We are grateful for all their efforts.

So far repairs have been made to the path at the rear of Boundary Point and the playground, the paved area in front of the Health Club and all the drainage gullies in the central section of Brigade Place.

Work to come will include damaged paving near the war memorial by the main entrance, repairs to brickwork behind the GP’s and also a path in Anzio Gardens.

The new litter bins will also be installed as part of this project and should be completed by October.

All the existing bins around the Cricket Green will be removed and replaced with 5 new large ones. The other 8 small litter bins located elsewhere around the Village will also be replaced. These bins are for litter only and not for household waste or dog mess. We hope that you will like the improvements.
