Tree Survey

There are over 350 trees in the public areas and front gardens within The Village. Every 3 years we arrange for an arboricultural survey of the trees to enable us to maintain and where possible enhance the treescape. The survey prioritises any work identified and then consent is needed from Tandridge Council for work to be carried out.

Most of the trees are protected by restrictions which can consist of planning conditions, Tree Preservation Orders and also part of The Village is in a Conservation Area.

We will be carrying out our next survey in 2023.
