The Village Association AGM will be held on Tues 24th Nov at 7pm on Zoom. Members of the VA VA Members will shortly be contacted directly by Hazelvine with the Notice of the General Meeting, the full meeting agenda and the voting form.  The communication will also include details of how VA members can join the Zoom meeting using their unique Hazelvine reference number.  Votes on the resolutions are only available to members of the VA. Non-members of the VA The VA however has always had a ‘transparent’ policy and still wants non-members to be able to join and to contribute to the AGM.  Because the meeting will be held on Zoom rather than in person, entry for non-members is not as straightforward as in previous years.  If you are not a member of the VA and you wish to join the AGM, please send your email request to Hazelvine at mail@q1professional.com.  After confirmation, you will receive a reference number and details of how to join the meeting. Questions Members, and non-members of the VA are encouraged to send in relevant questions in advance of the AGM Advance questions will ensure the smooth running of the online AGM. If you have a question that you would like to be raised, please email it to mail@q1professional.com by Mon 23rd Nov. Over the years, The Village Association AGM’s have always been constructive events where the projects, budgets and activities involved with the running of The Village have been openly discussed, face to face.  The 2020 Village Association AGM has the same open philosophy but the processes have needed to be adjusted to fit with holding meetings of this scale online.
