Village Warden & Gardening Services

In light of the Coronavirus situation and the Prime Minister's announcement yesterday (23rd March ) we have reviewed working arrangements with both contractors.

The Wardens are key workers as per the new government guidelines and clearly we want them to continue to help protect all residents and users of the Village and their property. However, the double manned warden shifts will cease with immediate effect at weekends so that there will only be one warden per shift (3pm to midnight) each day of the week.

The gardening contractor, Acacia, is reviewing the situation with its staff currently and we anticipate a new way of working imminently. This will probably entail a reduced service focusing on key areas and ensuring that social distancing and surface contact guidelines are adhered to.

We will keep the situation under review and provide further updates as and when required. Thank you.
